About the course
In this online course which typically takes around 3 hours to complete, you'll gain essential knowledge to confidently support patients affected by breast cancer and lymphedema. The course combines short, easy-to-follow videos with guided reading to help you understand the lymphatic system, recognize lymphedema risk, and apply compression solutions appropriately. You’ll learn how breast cancer treatments impact lymphatic function and how to support better outcomes through informed product selection and care. BOC has approved the course for 2.5 Scientific CEUs, and ABCOP has approved it for 2.25 Scientific CEUs.

Rachel Brown is a Certified Mastectomy Fitter with over 15 years of experience supporting breast cancer patients through recovery and beyond. She has held a variety of roles within the breast care product industry, specializing in education, product training, and clinical sales enablement. As National Trainer for Amoena USA/Canada, she works to empower fitters, therapists, and retail partners across North America. Rachel is known for combining regulatory knowledge with compassionate, hands-on expertise to advance standards of care in post-mastectomy support.
